With nearly 20 years of experience in the media industry, I’m a transformative coach and consultant who helps startups and publishers grow their audience, user base, and revenue with ease.
A former Washington Post editor, I’m also the co-founder of Motherly, a well-being brand empowering mothers to thrive. I launched and led the editorial and growth teams from concept to a multiplatform audience of 30 million+, and host the Webby-award-winning show, The Motherly Podcast. I leverage data, design thinking, and storytelling to create engaging and impactful digital experiences for mothers and women across the digital landscape.

I’m a seasoned community builder focused on social storytelling and creative strategy for all of your favorite brands, websites, and people. With my background in integrated digital media, social marketing, and brand identity, I understand the magic that happens when content meets emotions.
I’m currently the head of social and community @ Wondermind and have over 14 years of experience in social media and audience growth roles including a successful freelance and consultant agency that focuses on high-growth startups + influential women.
